comment to还是comment on

commentto和commenton都可以，通常它们前面加give构成固定搭配，givecommentto和givecommenton.两者有一点用法和意思上的区别，givecommentsto一般后面是跟人称sb.较常见，意思是：给（某人）意见；givecommentson一般后面跟sth.，意思是：对（某事）提意见。
